Wowo Kraus
Wowo (Waldemar) Kraus studied fashion design at the London College of Fashion and at Middlesex University in London. After completing his bachelor’s degree in womenswear, he moved to Paris in 2005, where he graduated from the Institute Francaisde la Mode with a master’s degree. This was followed by a short stay at Maison Martin Margiela in the Artisanal Line Studio, where he was involved in the development of single unique couture.
In June 2007 he started a job in theEmilio Pucci accessories team in Italy. From 2009 on he started as a lecturer at the Polimoda Institute for Fashion Design and Marketing in Florence, where he supported Bachelor and Master graduates in their final collections in the areas of womens-, mens-, childrenswear, accessories and styling until 2014.
Alongside he worked as a fashion and research consultant for private customers.Since October 2014 he has been a professor of fashion design at the University of the Arts Berlin.
